Printing a Document With QuickDraw After you create a document, or open a document to be printed, follow these basic steps: Choose Page Setup from the File menu. r If you are using QuickDraw, you see this screen: Select your Page Setup settings. r You can select: • Page Size • Paper Type • Scale • Orientation r For details on these settings, use the Balloon Help™ function. r If you select a Page Size of Custom, click the Custom button to specify your page size. r Click the Utilities button to perform printer operations. See page 3-7 for details. r Click the Save button to save the current settings. Printing a Document With QuickDraw
After you create a document, or open a document to be printed, follow
these basic steps:
If you are using QuickDraw, you see this screen:
You can select:
•
Page Size
•
Paper Type
•
Scale
•
Orientation
For details on these settings, use the Balloon Help
™
function.
If you select a Page Size of Custom, click the
Custom
button to specify your page size.
Click the
Utilities
button to perform printer operations.
See page 3-7 for details.
Click the
Save
button to save the current settings. When
you select Page Setup later for a new document, these
settings will be automatically selected.
Click the
Default
button to restore the original default
settings.
Select your
Page Setup
settings.
Choose Page
Setup from
the File
menu.
