Shooting Using the Mode Dial
The shutter speed, zoom and aperture value have the
following relationship.
The fastest shutter speed for flash synchronization is 1/500
second*. Therefore, even if the shutter speed is preset to a
speed higher than 1/500 second, the camera automatically
resets the shutter speed to 1/500 second during shooting.

Shutter Speed Display
The following shutter speeds can be set. 1/160 indicates
1/160 second. Also, 0"3 indicates 0.3 second and 2"
indicates 2 seconds.
