5-1 Chapter 5 Integrated Management Log The Compaq Integrated Management Log (IML) records events and stores them in an easily-viewable form. The Integrated Management Log records hundreds of events and then marks each event with a time-stamp with oneminute granularity. Events listed in the Integrated Management Log are categorized as one of four event severity levels: s Status-indicates that the message is informational only. s Repaired-indicates that corrective action has been taken. s Caution-indicates a non-fatal error condition. s Critical-indicates a component failure.
