D-Link DES-3010FA/GA CLI Reference Guide spanning-tree bpdu The spanning-tree bpdu Global Configuration mode command defines BPDU handling when the spanning tree is disabled globally or on a single interface. To return to the default configuration, use the no form of this command. Syntax spanning-tree bpdu {filtering | flooding} Parameters • filtering - Filter BPDU packets when the spanning tree is disabled on an interface. • flooding - Flood BPDU packets when the spanning tree is disabled on an interface. Default Configuration The default setting is flooding. Command Modes Global Configuration mode User Guidelines There are no user guidelines for this command. Example The following example defines BPDU packet flooding when the spanning-tree is disabled on an interface. Console(config)# spanning-tree bpdu flooding Page 233
