The first is for mirror planning, and the second is for reserved LUN pool planning. You must assign each primary image LUN to a Storage Group (as with any normal LUN), but you must not assign a secondary image LUN to a Storage Group. If primary image LUNs are in a mirror group, all secondary image LUNs must be on the same remote storage system.
