Viewing the Security Log 6 Viewing the Security Log Select Logs > Security on the navigation panel. The Security Log (Figure 6-4) displays. The Security Log page provides the following button functions: • Clear-Select this button to clear the contents of the log. The log's contents are deleted from system memory. ATTENTION! Before clearing logs, make sure the logs are not needed for troubleshooting. Once a log is cleared, the data cannot be retrieved. • Print-Select this button to send the contents of the log to a printer. • Text File-Select this button to open the log in a new window as a text file. You can save, edit, or e-mail the file.
