Viewing Product Information 7 Viewing Product Information The Product Info page displays information about the product. To view the product information, select Maintenance > Product Information from the navigation panel. The Product Info page displays (Figure 7-11). Figure 7-11 Product Information Page Information shown in this page may be requested by technical support to help resolve technical problems. You can print the file by selecting the Print button. You can save this page to a file by selecting the Text File button. (You may also want to enter a date in the file or on the printed page to note when the product information file was created.)
