CAUTION 3. Remove the solenoid clutch gears (callout 1) by releasing the locking tab inside of the printer (callout 2) and sliding the gears off of the shaft and away from the left side of the product. The solenoid clutch gear assembly is made up of two gears with a small compression spring between them. Do not separate these gears when removing them or you might lose the spring. 2 1 Figure 5-78.
