To set the maximum denominator value, enter the value and then press . Fraction-display mode will be automatically enabled. The value you enter cannot exceed 4095. To recall the /c value to the X-register, press . To restore the default value to 4095, press or enter any value greater than 4095 as the maximum denominator. Again, Fraction-display mode will be automatically enabled. The /c function uses the absolute value of the integer part of the number in the X- register. It doesn't change the value in the LAST X register. If the displayed fraction is too long to fit in the display, the annunciator will appear; you can then use Ö and Õ to scroll page by page to see the rest of the fraction. To see the number's decimal representation, press and then hold . Example: This example illustrates the steps required to set the maximum denominator to 3125 and then show a fraction that is too long for the display. Keys: Õ Display: Description: Set the maximum denominator to 3125. Note the missing digits in the denominator. Scroll right to see the rest of the denominator. Notes: 1.
