To clear jams from the optional duplexer 1 Open the lower left door. 2 Remove any jammed media from the duplexer. 3 Press the green tab on the right side of the duplexer, and pull the duplexer out. 4 Lift the green guide, remove any media, and lower the green guide. 5 Slide the duplexer back into the printer until it clicks into place. 6 Close the lower left door. To clear jams from the optional duplexer
1
Open the lower left door.
2
Remove any jammed media from the duplexer.
3
Press the green tab on the right side of the duplexer,
and pull the duplexer out.
4
Lift the green guide, remove any media, and lower
the green guide.
5
Slide the duplexer back into the printer until it clicks
into place.
6
Close the lower left door.
