Description System board (the system board spare part kit includes replacement thermal material) Spare part number 694763-501 Before removing the system board, follow these steps: 1. Shut down the computer. 2. Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from the computer. 3. Disconnect all external devices from the computer. 4. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 30), and then remove the following components: a. Service door (see Service door on page 32) b. Hard drive (see Hard drive on page 33) c. Optical drive (see Optical drive on page 36) d. WLAN module (see WLAN module on page 39) e. Keyboard (see Keyboard on page 42) f.
