FAX Operation (Basic) Searching for a Destination You can search for a destination registered in the Address Book, and further refine your search if necessary. Search by the registered address number. Refine your search by using the type of destination registered (e-mail, folder (SMB/FTP), FAX, Internet FAX, and group) You can set this function up so that destination types are selected when the address book is displayed. For details, refer to Destination Filter Settings in the Operation Guide for the machine. Refine your search by the capital letters of the registered name.
