Be sure that cable ADM is connected to CN901 on the option controller board. If no problem exists with any of the cables in the autoconnect system, replace the FRUs in the following order: 1. Duplex option controller board 2. Engine board B The 250/250 paper tray option is not recognized when installed below the duplex option. Duplex option is operating properly.
