5016-001 When the trailing edge of the paper passes through the reverse sensor filler (S4], the motor rotates in the reverse direction transporting the paper in reverse. The print is transported to the timing roller in the printer through the rollers in the curved area, the skew correction mechanism and the paper feed roller. The paper is then fed through the transfer and fuser units in sync with the image of the front page as it is transported onto the middle transfer unit. When the leading edge of the paper reaches the paper exit sensor [S0] in the printer, the upper unit motor starts rotating in the reverse direction, switching the gate claw to the paper exit mode.
