5016-001 Paper Tray Options Symptom Table Symptom Action Paper feed problem with 250/250 Sheet Paper Tray Option. Media fails to pass thru from the lower attached paper tray option to the next higher mounted option. Paper jam 242 or 243 displays Printer does not detect: • Media in tray 2 or tray 3 • Level of media in tray 2 or tray 3 • Size of media in tray 2 or tray 3 • Presence of tray 2 or tray 3 Go to the "Options Service Checks" on page 2-106.
