Collating 2000 and XP Collating can be carried out with or without the optional hard disk drive installed. However, printers with a hard disk drive will provide greater performance. 1. Open the file in your application and select File → Print. 2. In the Print dialog box, select the Postscript emulation printer. 3. Windows XP only: click Preferences. 4. On the Job Options tab, enter the number of Copies you wish to print, then select Collate. 5. Windows XP only: click OK to return to the Print dialog box. 6. Click Print. Collating
