Before connecting any cables, first make sure that the power for the unit and the external device are off. Then, after connecting cables, turn on both. If the audio output of the other equipment is monaural Connect to L/MONO. (Both left and right channels are recorded when connected through L/MONO.) ≥The S-VIDEO terminal achieves a more vivid picture than the VIDEO terminal.
