Chapter 8 Connecting to External Devices - Connecting to the remote operation panel (AK‑HRP200G) rr Character/menu button () The status and menu are displayed in the output image from the , , and terminals regardless of camera's menu setting value. rr Sense volume () Zoom/focus speed can be adjusted. ffTurning it to the right accelerates the zoom/focus speed. ffTurning it to the left decelerates the zoom/focus speed. rr ND filter/CC filter display selection button ffZoom mode and focus mode can be switched. Press the display selection button, and select either zoom mode or focus mode. -- During zoom mode, the adjusted value display area (4 digits) shows [Zo]. -- During focus mode, the adjusted value display area (4 digits) shows [Fo]. While the selection is displayed, you can change the adjusted value using the data set button (up) /data set button (down) . ffAuto focus and manual focus can be switched. Press the display selection button, and select the adjusted value display area (4 digits) [AF.**]. Turning the dial to the right performs zoom in, and turning the dial to the left performs zoom out. @@NOTE tt To perform the manual iris operation on the camera or remotely control the iris using the terminal during IP connection, enable the operation by pressing the button on the camera. When the manual iris operation is enabled on the camera, the screen's iris is displayed in black and white inversion. You cannot perform zoom operations using the terminal. tt You can use a straight-through or a crossover LAN cable to directly connect AK‑HRP200G to the camera. tt When the camera is restarted with the camera and AK‑HRP200G connected via IP, the camera power button of AK‑HRP200G () might blink in red then light up in green. tt To use the camera as a standalone device, you need to release the remote control mode by pressing the camera power button of AK‑HRP200G. tt The operation of connecting via IP and remote controlling the camera from multiple devices such as the AK‑HRP200G cannot be guaranteed. tt Use the camera by matching the synchro scan display settings ([sec] or [deg]) of AK‑HRP200G and the camera. Even if the camera's synchro scan display settings are changed, it will not sync with the AK‑HRP200G display. tt When the camera is connected to AK‑HRP200G via IP, the P2 playlist editing function is not available. - 176 -

Character/menu button (<CHARA/MENU>)

The status and menu are displayed in the output image from the <SDI OUT>, <HDMI OUT>, and <GENLOCK IN/VIDEO OUT> terminals regardless of

camera’s menu setting value.

Sense volume (<SENSE>)

Zoom/focus speed can be adjusted.

Turning it to the right accelerates the zoom/focus speed.

Turning it to the left decelerates the zoom/focus speed.

ND ﬁlter/CC ﬁlter display selection button <ND/CC>

Zoom mode and focus mode can be switched.

Press the display selection button, and select either zoom mode or focus mode.

During zoom mode, the adjusted value display area (4 digits) shows [Zo].

During focus mode, the adjusted value display area (4 digits) shows [Fo].

NOTE

To perform the manual iris operation on the camera or remotely control the iris using the <CAM REMOTE> terminal during IP connection, enable the

operation by pressing the <IRIS> button on the camera. When the manual iris operation is enabled on the camera, the screen’s iris is displayed in

black and white inversion. You cannot perform zoom operations using the <CAM REMOTE> terminal.

You can use a straight-through or a crossover LAN cable to directly connect AK-HRP200G to the camera.
