The JOG MODE indicator lights red. 2 Rotate MULTI DIAL clockwise to scan frame by frame in the forward direction. Rotate MULTI DIAL counterclockwise to scan frame by frame in the reverse direction. Video CDs cannot be scanned in the reverse direction. When MULTI DIAL is not being turned, the video image is paused. 3 Press JOG MODE again to turn the Jog Mode off. The JOG MODE indicator turns off. Notes • If a Browsable Picture (page 71) is recorded on a DVD-Audio disc, scan playback is possible. • Step playback may not be possible with certain titles. In this case, the or mark is displayed. • With Video CDs, slow or scan playback is not possible when the menu is displayed (PBC playback). • With Video CDs, step playback in the reverse direction is not possible. Setting the SACD Output Level - SACD Put a SACD disc in the player. After one press the display on the main unit show the present output level. Each press increases the output level. 2 e LEVEL 0 dB - LEVEL +3 dB - LEVEL +6 dB E 3 Notes • Generally the louder the output level the better the sound quality but if the sound starts to distort please lower the output level. • The output level stays at the same level until you turn the power off. • After you turn the power off and turn it back on the output level will reset at "LEVEL +3dB". 48 En
