Advanced Functions Setting the Bonus Group Expert - DVD-Audio Some DVD-Audio discs are recorded with a group that is referred to as a "Bonus Group". When attempting to play the Bonus Group, an input screen appears that requires the input of a 4-digit key number. However, the key number can be input in the Setup screen General menu beforehand. Audio1 2 Video Language General Setup Menu Mode - Expert Setup Navigator Parental Lock - Level 8 Screen Saver - Off Background Color - Black Bonus Group Auto Disc Menu - On Move SETUP Exit Audio1 2 Video Language General Gonus Group: Key Number Input ---- Move +/- Return SETUP Exit Note If the disc is removed, or if the power is turned off, the key number that was input into the memory is erased. You should input a key number again when playing the Bonus Group. Setting the Auto Disc Menu Expert This specifies whether the menu (Top menu) is automatically displayed after loading a disc. Set to on if you want the menu displayed automatically, or off if you don't want it displayed. If you press PLAY 3 while a disc is loading, this setting is ignored. ADVANCED FUNCTIONS Resetting the Player to System Settings To reset the player, press and hold § on the front panel when pressing POWER on the front panel to turn the unit from power off to on. All program memory, saved settings from functions such as Last Memory and Condition Memory are cleared, and all Setup screen menus are returned to factory settings. 65 En
