Phone Basics phone's battery level, glance at the battery charge indicator located in the upper-right corner of your phone's display screen. If the battery charge is getting too low, the battery icon ( ) blinks and the phone sounds a warning tone. Always use a Qwest-approved desktop charger, travel charger, or vehicle power adapter to charge your battery. Warning! Using the wrong battery charger could cause damage to your phone and void the warranty. Using the Travel Charger To use the travel charger provided with your phone: ᮣ Plug the round end of the AC adapter into the phone's power interface connector and the other end into an electrical outlet. Ⅲ A charging icon located in the top right corner of the outside LCD lets you know the battery is charging. Ⅲ An onscreen indicator lets you know that the battery is charged. It takes about three hours to fully recharge a completely rundown battery. Note: For connection to an electrical supply not located in the U.S., you must use an adapter of the proper configuration for the power outlet.
