'TEL] key recalls and displays the listing in the following order: NAME -> NUMBER -> ADDRESS -> E-MAIL, while E-MAIL key does the same in the following order: NAME E-MAIL -> NUMBER -> ADDRESS. Further, Telephone/E-mail listings provide 2 files (TEUMAIL1, TEUMAIL2). You can switch them for convenience by using one for business and one for personal use. The files are cycled each time you press TEL or EMAIL In Telephone/E-mail mode, a listing consists of 4 entries: name, number, postal address, and E-mail address. Address entry Johns , Pat 201-265-5600 ADDRESS ? 1.Designating the File Names You can change each file name in up to 10 characters long as follows: 1. Press MENU El to select "4: FILE NAME". 2. Enter the new name for TEUMAIL1, then press ENTER • You can skip changing a file name by pressing ENTER < F I LE NAME > 1 : [TEL/MAI L 1 1 2 : [TEL/MAI L 21 3 I URL 1 • To cancel entering the file names, press C.CE twice. 3. Perform the same procedure as step 2 for TEUMAIL2 and URL. 4. Press TEL E-MAIL , or URL to check the new file name(s). 2.Storing the Telephone Listings Enter the following data in TEUMAIL1.
