Configuring Maintenance 1 Maintenance Maintenance 1.1 Overview The maintenance module assembles various system tools for network troubleshooting. 1.2 Supported Features The maintenance module includes system monitor, log, device diagnose, and network diagnose. System Monitor You can monitor the memory and the CPU utilizations of the switch. Log You can check system messages for debugging and network management. Device Diagnose You can test the cable connection status, cable length and error length for troubleshooting. Network Diagnose The network diagnose function includes Ping test and Tracert test. With them, you can test the connectivity between the switch and one node of the network, or the connectivity of the gateways on the path from the source to the destination. Configuration Guide 579
