Configuring Maintenance Diagnosing the Network 5 Diagnosing the Network The configuration includes:  Configuring the Ping Test;  Configuring the Tracert Test. 5.1 Using the GUI 5.1.1 Configuring the Ping Test Choose the menu Maintenance > Network Diagnose > Ping to load the following page. Figure 5-1 Configuring the Ping Test Follow these steps to test the connectivity between the switch and another device in the network: 1) In the Ping Config section, enter the IP address of the destination device for Ping test, set Ping times, data size and interval according to your needs, and then click Ping to start the test.
