Statistical Analysis Pressing ... ~ accesses the STAT CALC menu, where you set up and perform statistical calculations. The TI.82 can analyze one-variable or two-variable statistics. Both can have associated frequencies. Xlist is the independent variable. Ylist is the dependent variable. ¦ Freq (frequency of occurrence) is a list of integers between 0 and 99 (inclusive). Freq is optional; the default is 1. It is valid for one-variable or two-variable statistics. Note: You can override SET UP CALCS settings by specifying the name(s) of the list(s) after the statistical calculation instruction (Appendix A).
