72 Troubleshooting Problem The camcorder's LCD screen displays the message "CONNECTION FAILED" after pressing the Internet/Wi-Fi® button Uploading files takes a long time Cannot upload files to the social networking site The CAMILEO® AIR10 Connect application does not install properly Solution(s) The password configuration does not match the AP you wish to connect to. The AP router or the computer is not turned on. Turn the AP router or your computer on. The camcorder is not in the wireless network service area or has a weak network signal. Make sure the AP router is able to access the Internet. Closed networks or networks that must be accessed through a webpage login screen are not supported. The camcorder does not support the type of encryption used on the AP. This model only supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 personal type of encryption, but not up to enterprise level. Your network requires PPPoE account/password information. Some AP routers do not allow you to connect to the network (e.g. firewall). For more information, see "Wi-Fi® Functions" on page 58. Uploading files may take a few minutes depending on the size of the files and the wireless network signal strength. Either reduce the file size, increase the signal strength or try another wireless network. There is no Internet connection. Please check your wireless network connection and try again. Make sure that your computer's operation system is compatible with the CAMILEO® AIR10 Connect application, see "Advanced operations on your computer (CAMILEO® AIR10 Connect)" on page 50.
