Replacement Procedures 4.15 LCD unit / FL inverter CAUTION: When replacing a LCD, it is required that SVP parameter is set. Update with the latest EC/KBC as described in Appendix H "EC/KBC Rewrite Procedures". Removing the LCD unit / FL inverter The following describes the procedure for removing the LCD unit and FL inverter (See Figure 4-30 to 4-33) Remove Screw rubber cover x6 1. Remove the following screws securing the display mask M2.5×5.0 BIND screw X6 2. 4.15 LCD unit / FL inverter

Removing the LCD unit / FL inverter
The following describes the procedure for removing the LCD unit and FL inverter (See
Figure 4-30 to 4-33)
Remove Screw rubber cover x6

Remove the following
screws
securing the display mask

BIND screw

Insert your finger between the edge of the display mask and the
LCD
