Chapter 21 Session Trace The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 41 ADVANCED > SESSION TRACE LABEL DESCRIPTION Session Trace Enable the session trace feature to record the destination IP address, destination port, source IP address, source MAC address and source port of every subscriber session. The N4100 sends the collected information in a text file to the destination(es) that you specify below. Send Session Trace log file every~ minutes. Disable the session trace feature to not record and send details about the Internet access activity of your subscribers. Enter the time interval (minutes) for how often you want the N4100 to send the session trace log file. Note: The N4100 will also automatically send the log file whenever the log has 50 entries. The N4100 clears the session trace record after sending a log file. Send to TFTP Server Enable Select the check box to have the N4100 send the session trace log file to the TFTP server that you specify. Primary TFTP Server IP Address Enter the IP address of the first TFTP server in dotted decimal notation. Secondary TFTP Server IP Address Enter the IP address of the second TFTP server in dotted decimal notation. Send to E-mail Server Enable Select the check box to have the N4100 send the session trace log file to the e-mail account that you specify. Email Server IP Address Enter the IP address or domain name of the mail server for the e-mail or Domain addresses specified below.
