It covers the accounts that have been printed during the current month starting from midnight of the first day of the current month (not the past one month period). For example, if you press the monthly account key combination on 2010/1/17 at 20:00:00, the monthly account report includes the accounts created from 2010/1/ 1 at 00:00:01 to 2010/1/17 at 19:59:59.
