142 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT Headlight Beam Battery The battery is located under the right end of the rear seat. • • The headlight beams can be adjusted vertically. Remove the front access cover. Refer to the "Front Access Cover" section in the "GENERAL INFORMATION" chapter. Turn the adjusting screw on each headlight rim in or out to adjust the headlight vertically. DANGER Battery contains sulfuric acid and produces hydrogen gas. Sulfuric acid can cause burns and hydrogen gas can cause an explosion. Headlight Beam
The headlight beams can be adjusted vertically.

Remove the front access cover.
Refer to the
“Front Access Cover” section in the “GENERAL
INFORMATION” chapter.

Turn the adjusting screw on each headlight rim in
or out to adjust the headlight vertically.
