Never get under a vehicle when itis supported only by a jack. NOTICE: 4. Near each wheel well is a notch in the frame to position the jack head. You'll find the word JACK and an arrow stamped into the plastic near each notch. Position the jack under the vehicle and raise the jack head until it fitsfirrnly against the sheet metal next to the word JACK. Do not raise the vehicle yet. Put the compact spare near you. Raising yourvehicle with the jack improperly positioned will damage thevehicle or may allow the vehicle to fall off the jack.Be sure to fit the jack lift head into the proper location before raising your vehicle.
