Troubleshooting To use the Diagnose button: 1 Click Diagnose. The Diagnose dialog box appears listing details about the problem. 2 Click Details to see additional information about possible steps to resolve the problem. The specific help topic for that problem appears. Note: The Details button is available only if there is additional information about the problem. The following are examples of the types of problems that can be displayed in the Diagnose dialog box: I Enclosure device slot problems I Enclosure fan problems I Enclosure power supply problems I Array redundancy problems I Device failure problems I Battery problems Refer to the Online Help for more information about the types of problems. 11-3
