Choosing Your Array Type Comparing the Selection Criteria The table below rates how well each array type achieves each of the selection criteria. The table uses a scale of 1 to 5: 1 = least effective; 5 = most effective. Use the table below to compare the array types according to the criteria you rated in the previous section. For example, if randomwrite performance and load balancing are your most important criteria, then choose a stripe set array type.
