You can have multiple nested lists in your list. To create a sublist: 1 In your draft, place the insertion point at the end of the line in an existing list where you want to create the sublist. 2 Press Enter (Windows) or Return (Macintosh). 3 Do one of the following: • Click the Indent button in the text formatting toolbar. • Press Tab. Note: This option is not available for template-based pages or in tables. • Select Format > Indent. Contribute indents the number or bullet of the new line. 4 To have the sublist and parent list be different types, click the Numbered List or Bulleted List button in the text formatting toolbar, as appropriate. 5 Type the list item, and then press Enter or Return to add more items to the sublist. 6 When you finish typing the list, do one of the following to leave the sublist: • Press Enter or Return twice. • Press Enter or Return, then click the Outdent button in the text formatting toolbar. Note: If you changed the sublist to be a different type than the parent list, click the Numbered List or Bulleted List button to switch back to the type of the parent list.
