To set list properties for an entire list: 1 In your draft, select an entire bulleted or numbered list. 2 Do one of the following: • Select Format > List > Properties. • Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh), and then select List > Properties. Note: This option is not available for template-based pages or in tables. The List Properties dialog box appears. 3 Make changes as necessary. For information about options in the dialog box, click the Help button. 4 Click OK. Contribute applies your changes to the list. It also applies the new style automatically to any items you add to the list. Setting list properties
You can change the appearance of an entire list, or change the look of an individual list item in a bulleted or
numbered list.
To set list properties for an entire list:

In your draft, select an entire bulleted or numbered list.

Do one of the following:
Select Format > List > Properties.
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh), and then select List > Properties.
Note:
This option is not available for template-based pages or in tables.
The List Properties dialog box appears.
