Use this procedure to enter notes and attach reference files to a property data format. You can also edit notes and edit

or detach reference files from a property data format.

Click Format menu

Style Manager.

The Style Manager is displayed with the current drawing expanded in the tree view.

Expand Documentation Objects, and expand Property Data Formats.

Select the property data format that you want to change.

Click the General tab.

To add a description to the property data format, enter it for Description.

To add a note, click the Notes tab, and enter the note.

Click the Reference Docs tab, and attach, edit, or detach a reference file:
