SEWING THE STITCHES ■ Patchwork (Crazy Quilts) Turn back the desired width of fabric, place it over a different piece of fabric, and then sew the two fabric pieces together so the stitching bridges both pieces. ■ Sewing Curves Shorten the stitch length setting to obtain a fine stitch. Sew slowly, keeping the seams parallel with the fabric edge as you guide the fabric around the curve.
