Sending a fax Polling overview i Place the next page on the scanner (MFC-J625DW only) glass and press OK. Setup for polled transmit 3 a Press (FAX). b Load your document. c Press Options. d Press s or t to display Polled TX. e Press Polled TX. f Press On (or Off). g Press Black Start. h If you are using the scanner glass, the screen will prompt you to choose one of the following options:  Press Yes to scan another page.
