Applying the View Assistance Function to the LCD Screen Applying the View Assistance Function to the LCD Screen While recording using special gamma curves, you can apply the View Assistance function to the image displayed on the LCD screen or video output from the HDMI OUT terminal. This function changes the color space/gamma curve used, making it easier to check the image on the display device used.
