[On], [Off] When a compatible lens (A 235) is attached to the camera and the focus mode switch on the lens is set to AF, if this setting is set to [On], the lens will retract fully when the camera is turned off. When this setting is set to [On], turning off the camera will move the focus position. To prevent this, set this setting to [Off]. Note that there is no guarantee that the focus position will not move, so checking the focus position is recommended when turning on the camera. [Close], [Open] This setting allows you to choose whether the shutter closes or remains open when the power switch is set to OFF. • The [Close] setting is recommended during normal use in order to protect the camera's sensor from dust or dirt when changing lenses. • Select the [Open] setting when you want to reduce the sound caused by setting the power switch from VIDEO to OFF or from OFF to VIDEO. 195
