z If you use the flash when shooting with these attachments, the outer area of the recorded image (especially lower right corner) will come out relatively dark. z When using the tele-converter, please set the focal length to the telephoto end. At other zoom settings, the image will appear as if its corners have been cut off. z When using the wide converter, please set the camera to the wide angle end. z If you use the viewfinder for shooting, a portion of the view will be blocked by these attachments. Wide Converter WC-DC52 Use this converter for taking wide-angle shots. The wide converter changes the focal length of the camera body's lens by a factor of 0.7x (the thread diameter is 52 mm.). Tele-converter TC-DC52A This 52 mm-threaded diameter magnifying conversion lens is for taking telephoto shots. The lens changes the focal length of the camera body's lens by a factor of 1.75x. Appendix Close-Up Lens 250D (52 mm) This lens makes it easy to take macro shots. With the camera set to Macro mode, you can use this option to shoot subjects that are 4 to 17 cm (1.6 to 6.7 in.) away from the front of the lens at the wide angle end, and 14 to 17 cm (5.5 to 6.7 in.) at the telephoto end. It is not possible to attach a lens hood or filter to the wide converter or tele-converter.
