3-2 Compaq TaskSmart W2200 Appliance Server Maintenance and Service Guide Diagnostic Tools Utility Overview The following utilities assist in diagnosing problems, testing hardware, and monitoring and managing TaskSmart W2200 appliance server operations. If problems are found, Compaq Diagnostics isolates failures down to replaceable parts, whenever possible. A utility that provides a report detailing system information. Compaq Insight Manager reports hardware fault conditions (both failure and prefailure) and collects data for reporting and graphing. Diagnostic software is located on the Compaq website for easy download and diskette creation. The Compaq Inspect utility can be run from the Compaq Diagnostics program.
