Note: Runtime statistics apply only to Windows and NetWare. View Runtime Statistics for the Windows Client Agent To obtain runtime statistics for Windows client agents, follow these steps: 1. From the Windows Programs (or All Programs, on XP machines) menu, select Computer Associates, BrightStor, ARCserve Backup Agents, Backup Agent Admin. 2. Select Connections. The system displays the last ten jobs processed. If the job is still active, you can click the job to display its current runtime statistics. If the job has completed, completed statistics for that job are displayed. Note: The statistics are kept in memory; therefore, if you close the BrightStor Backup Agent Admin dialog and the Universal Agent service, the connection statistics will be lost.
