IGMP Snooping Forwarding Table Window The user may search the IGMP Snooping Forwarding Table by VID clicking the top left hand corner Search button. The following field can be viewed: Parameter Description VLAN ID Multicast Group MAC Address Port Map The VLAN ID (VID) of the multicast group. The IP address of the multicast group. The MAC address of the multicast group. These are the ports where the IGMP packets were snooped are displayed. Switch History Log The Web manager allows the Switch's history log, as compiled by the Switch's management agent, to be viewed. To view the Switch history log, open the Monitoring folder and click the Switch Log link Figure 11-13. Switch History Window The Switch can record event information in its own logs, to designated SNMP trap receiving stations, and to the PC connected to the console manager. Click Next to go to the next page of the Switch History Log. Clicking Clear will allow the user to clear the Switch History Log. The information is described as follows: Parameter Description 108

Parameter
Description
VLAN ID
The VLAN ID (VID) of the multicast group.
Multicast Group
The IP address of the multicast group.
MAC Address
The MAC address of the multicast group.
Port Map
These are the ports where the IGMP packets were snooped are displayed.
Switch History Log
The Web manager allows the Switch's history log, as compiled by the Switch's management agent, to be viewed. To view
the Switch history log, open the
Monitoring
folder and click the
Switch Log
link
