Refresh-Refreshes the screen (runs the report) applying any new settings. Drill Down you can "drill down" into a report by clicking on one of the links in the table. This displays a detail view of the selected entity and the name of the entity appears in the navigation bar. When a detail view appears, the entity type appears as in the title bar. You can change to a "Top / Bottom n" report of a different type, then click refresh to display a report of the top entities that apply to the current detailed entity.
