Navigate to the advertising spaces list (Advertising Services » Spaces). 2. Select the relevant space from the list; an action row will be shown. NOTE 3. Click the Enable link; the space will be enabled without further confirmation. The advertising page settings also need to allow advertising in each advertising space, before advertising will be delivered in a specific space on a given page. NOTE If you see a Disable link instead of an Enable link, then the advertising space has already been enabled. 4.2.1.7 NOTE Copy an advertising space You must have the full edition of Advertising Services to copy an advertising space. If you want to have multiple advertising spaces in the same location (e.g. one space for images advertisements and another space just for text), then creating a copy of an existing space and making minor modifications as necessary is often the simplest way to achieve such an objective. To copy an advertising space: 1. Navigate to the advertising spaces list (Advertising Services » Spaces). 2. Select the relevant space from the list; an action row will be shown. 3. Click the Copy link; the space editor will be shown. 4. Review the settings and make any changes as necessary. NOTE 5. Click the Create button or the Create and Reload button. Details on how to use the space editor are given in section4.2.2 below. 4.2.2 Space Editor A space defines where advertisements are placed on a page. It also uses some simple rules and constraints to select which advertisements to include. Spaces have a name, rank and description, can be enabled and disabled, and they can be positioned in one of a number of predefined locations on a 73
