Connecting External Components You can use the ports on the back of your computer to connect an external monitor, parallel printer or scanner, serial device such as a mouse or modem, or an external keyboard or keypad. If you frequently connect and disconnect these components, you may want to use the optional ActionPort Replicator. You can attach your monitor, printer, and other external devices to the port replicator, and then connect the port replicator to your ActionNote. When you need to take the ActionNote away from your desk, you can leave all of the other parts of your system connected, so that you can quickly reconnect them when you return.
