Bluetooth Low Energy Technology Advertising Appendix Introduction When the Laird Connectivity BT820 is connected to the USB-A connector of the product and powered on, a Bluetooth Low Energy Advertising Packet is sent. By default, the printer transmits the packet according to the iBeacon Format from Apple. You can also change the data that is transmitted by following the steps in "Changing the Bluetooth Low Energy Technology Advertising Packet" on page 121.
