6 Important safety instructions Safe use of the dryer ■■ Do not allow children to play inside, on, around or with this dryer or any other appliance. Close supervision is necessary if this dryer is used near children. ■■ Never climb on, climb into, or stand on the dryer top, or drum, or apply weight to the door. ■■ Keep the floor around your dryer clean and dry to reduce the possibility of slipping. ■■ If your dryer is running and you want to unload or add clothes, touch START/PAUSE then open the dryer door. ■■ Do not reach into the appliance if the drum is moving. ■■ Undergarments that contain metal reinforcements should not be placed directly in the dryer. Damage to the dryer can result if the metal reinforcements come loose during drying.
