Network settings The information shown is valid, but pinging indicates that the network connection is not functioning normally. Connection status Action NG In "3.6.12 Checking the Network Operating Status" (page 124), change the [Link Speed/ Duplex Mode] from "Auto-Negotiation" to a fixed mode. If the problem persists, refer to "Failure to con- nect to a server using its IP address" (page 298) for further solutions. OK: Connection is operating normally. NG: Connection is faulty. ■ Checking the NTP server settings by synchronizing the system time On the "NTP Server" screen, press the [Sync Time] button to check if the system time can be synchronized. After pressing the [Sync Time] button, a message dialog such as the following is displayed: 294
